      Easy Installation & Perfect Fit

      Perfect fit replacement for Cessna 177 vertical fin tip Installed on my 1973 Cessna Cardinal. Part: Knots 2U K1731009-4, replaces Cessna 1731009-3 and 1731009-4. Fit was exact, contours matched, and it seated flush. Install notes: I needed two opposing cutouts to clear a V-shaped antenna. I made a quick template from masking tape and thin cardboard using the old cracked tip, marked screw locations and the antenna reliefs, then trimmed and drilled the new tip. Reused the existing screw pattern with no surprises. Bottom line: Quality part, true to spec, and an easy upgrade that solved a long-overdue cosmetic and durability issue. Strongly recommended for aging Cardinals.
